Detailed Description
Our experience covers several fields from processes optimisation for renewable energy production to environmental treatment. In fact our know-how is focused on:
- Hydrogen production
- Liquid and gas desulfuration
- Electrolytic cells enhancements This is an on-site compact application for fuel processing, for instance Natural gas may be transformed into hydrogen rich gas with remarkable high efficiency. Fuel is transformed into a hydrogen rich gas mixture by a high efficiency thermally Integrated Steam Reforming: ISR Fuel Processor This multi stage reactor is the result of innovation in heat integration and new chemical process approach. A 5 kW electrical power can be supplied by the reforming of natural gas (as well as GPL, Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, …), promoting the Water Gas Shift reaction and cleaning the reformate from CO (when working coupled with PEM fuel cells). The most important innovation is the thermal integration of every reaction stage. This is essential to reach our mission: improve overall efficiency. The efficiency improvement produces energetic consumption cutback and reduces greenhouse effects. The local hydrogen production for fuel cell use may produce significant energy saving. The current stage of the development of this technology is a product ready to market which may be customized by specific parameters of the custom’s needs.
