Detailed Description
Riesaer Brennstoffzellentechnik GmbH has developed a Fuel Cell Power System for de-central stationary power generation adaptable to customer needs. The company is part of a network which is in possession of the know-how of all parts of the system. The company is searching for technical co-operation with demonstrators and users for further development, modification and adaptation. The system inhouse5000 is a small combined PEM-fuel-cell heat and power station for the stationary power supply. It provides heat energy in a range of 2-10 kW for basic heat demands, and electrical energy for the power consumption and the network supply in the range of 1-5 kW. Combination with a heat accumulator is recommended. Besides the complete unit single modules (fuel-cell module, fuel processing module) are available as well. System parameters for standard conditions: - Fuel generation by steam reforming (natural, biogas, liquids) - PEM fuel cell - Natural gas consumption 0,5 - 1,5 m³/h - Temperature of heating max. 70°C - Cold start time appr. 1 h - Load change time (30-100%): < 15 min - Current efficiency 25 - 30% - Total efficiency 70 - 90% - Size (W x H x D) 700 x 1500 x 1000 mm Advanteges: - Longtime experience – about 12000 h per system - The system can be modified and adapted according to customer requirements. - Extensive expert knowledge is provided during integration in the user’s power supply system. - The maintenance of all components is provided by the producer. - User plants can be updated by technology upgrades. - The high re-usability of components reduces maintenance costs. - The integrated computer system is allowed for acquisition, storage and analysis of all relevant measurement data. - The system can be embedded into local or remote superior monitoring systems via several interfaces. - Regular workshops for users of different fields of application are organised and guarantee an interesting exchange of experience.
